You're Doing Everything Right. You Still Feel Like You're Running on Empty.
The fatigue, the lost drive, the stubborn weight, the fog that won't lift. For a lot of men in Tampa, this isn't just getting older. It's your hormones. And it's treatable.
Private. Confidential. No Pressure
You know you're not operating at 100%. You just can't figure out why.
You still show up. Still put in the work. Still handle what needs handling.
But somewhere along the way:
- You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix
- Your drive and motivation aren't what they used to be
- The workouts aren't producing results the way they once did
- You're putting on weight around the middle no matter what you do
- Your focus drifts, and your memory feels a step slow
- Your interest in sex has quietly dropped off
- You feel flat, shorter-tempered, or just not like yourself
It came on slowly. So you chalked it up to age. Stress. A busy stretch. Just getting older.
Here's what most men are never told: declining testosterone and hormone imbalance produce exactly these symptoms. It's extremely common after your 30s, and a standard physical often doesn't catch it.
Our solution.
A standard panel checks a narrow set of markers against a wide reference range — one built from men decades older than you. You can land inside that range and still be well below where your body actually performs well. We test more comprehensively, and we read the results against how you actually feel, not just against a range.
Comprehensive hormone testing looks at total and free testosterone, estrogen, thyroid function, and related markers together, evaluated alongside your symptoms, your health history, and how you actually feel day to day. Because the goal isn't a better lab report. It's getting you back.
You'll start with a real consultation with Casey Viera, our nurse practitioner ($150), followed by a full hormone panel — including the testosterone markers most annual physicals don't run — and a clear explanation of what it means for you. If treatment makes sense, we build a plan around you — BioTE® testosterone pellet therapy, injections, creams, or another approach — and keep adjusting until you feel right.

Hormone Therapy FAQs
Why am I so tired all the time as a man?
Persistent fatigue that sleep doesn't fix is one of the most common signs of hormone decline in men, particularly low testosterone, but also thyroid and other imbalances. It's frequently mistaken for stress or aging because it comes on gradually. Comprehensive hormone testing is the way to find out whether that's what's happening for you, and if it is, it's treatable.
What are the symptoms of low testosterone?
Common signs include low energy and fatigue, reduced sex drive, difficulty building or keeping muscle, weight gain around the midsection, brain fog, low mood or irritability, and poor sleep. Many men have several of these at once and assume it's just age. Testing is the only way to know whether low testosterone is the cause.
My doctor said my testosterone is normal. Could it still be the problem?
Yes, and this is one of the most common situations we see. Standard reference ranges are broad and often skew toward much older men, and being technically inside a range isn't the same as being at a level where you feel and perform well. We test more comprehensively, including free testosterone, and interpret those results in the context of your symptoms rather than in isolation.

At what age does testosterone start to decline?
Testosterone typically begins a gradual decline in a man's 30s and continues from there. Because it's slow, most men don't connect the symptoms to hormones. Sometimes called andropause or "male menopause," this decline is a normal part of aging, but the symptoms that come with it can be addressed.
What is BioTE® pellet therapy?
BioTE® pellets are small, plant-derived bioidentical hormone pellets placed under the skin during a brief in-office visit. They release testosterone steadily over roughly three to four months, which avoids the peaks and dips that come with other methods. There's no daily routine and no weekly injection to remember. Most men begin noticing changes within four to six weeks, though this varies.
Do I have to get pellets?
No. Pellets work very well for many men, but they aren't the only option and they aren't right for everyone. Depending on your results and your preferences, your plan may involve creams, patches, or another approach. We'll walk through the options together.
Is testosterone therapy safe?
Bioidentical hormones are structurally identical to the testosterone your body produces. As with any medical treatment, there are benefits and risks that depend on your individual health history, which is exactly what your consultation and lab work are for. Casey will go through the considerations specific to you and answer whatever you want to ask, and we monitor your levels throughout treatment.
How long until I feel different?
Most men start noticing changes within four to six weeks, with fuller effects developing over the following months. Some need an adjustment after the first round to find the right level. That's normal, and it's why we monitor and retest.
What does it cost?
The consultation is $150 and includes a full review of your symptoms, history, and lab results. Treatment costs depend on your plan and we'll go through exact pricing before you decide on anything.
You don't have to accept this as your new normal.
Fatigue, brain fog, and mood changes aren't just what happens when you get older. They're often symptoms with a cause, and a treatment.
