Position Overview

Replenish IV Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Paramedic to serve as Carrollwood Team Lead at our Tampa office. This leadership role blends hands-on clinical excellence with operational oversight in a luxury, client-centered wellness environment.

The Team Lead is responsible for setting the standard for elevated client care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role includes leadership across IV therapy, weight loss programs, hormone optimization, ozone therapy, and concierge wellness services, while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Core Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver premium IV therapies and injections with precision and professionalism
• Assist with Hormone Pellet procedures (training and certification provided)
• Manage and support client care plans involving Weight Loss medications
• Provide Ozone Therapy consultations focused on education and individualized wellness goals
• Create a calm, welcoming, and upscale client experience
• Build long-term client relationships through concierge-style care
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation
• Review and sign off on medical charts in accordance with company protocols
• Monitor charts for proper completion, accuracy, and compliance standards
• Educate clients on wellness services, supplements, and retail offerings
• Maintain pristine treatment rooms and shared clinical spaces

Carrollwood Team Lead Responsibilities

Operations, Inventory & Compliance

• Oversee daily inventory count sheets and perform weekly store counts
• Coordinate with and communicate needs to Area Manager
• Maintain office cleanliness and presentation by assigning daily/weekly/monthly housekeeping tasks
• Serve as the primary on-site resource for documentation standards and charting compliance

Leadership & Communication

• Serve as first point of contact for on-shift logistical or operational issues
• Develop practical solutions and document updates via communication logs
• Facilitate at least one staff training per month, including clinical protocols, documentation standards, products, services, and vitamins
• Review staff documentation and provide guidance or corrective feedback as needed
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active RN or Paramedic license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Excellent IV skills required
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Client-first mindset with attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including every other weekend

This leadership role is ideal for a clinically strong, service-driven professional who thrives in a luxury wellness environment and is comfortable supporting operations across multiple locations.

The South Tampa Team Lead provides exceptional, concierge-level client care while acting as a key operational and clinical support resource for all Replenish IV Solutions locations, including assisting with client flow support at the Carrollwood location as needed. This role sets the standard for elevated care, documentation excellence, and team leadership.

South Tampa Team Lead Responsibilities

Multi-Location & Operational Support

• Serve as a clinical and operational support resource for all company locations as needed
• Assist with maintaining client flow and staffing support at the Carrollwood location when required
• Collaborate with Operations and Leadership to ensure seamless service delivery across locations

This role provides clinical care and support across all company locations, ensuring seamless client experiences and maintaining our high standards for luxury wellness services.

The Float RN/Paramedic is essential for maintaining smooth operations, supporting client flow, and delivering concierge-style care both in-clinic and mobile (home or office) settings, including morning and evening shifts. This is a dynamic role for clinicians who thrive in varied environments, enjoy autonomy, and excel at building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Pay & Benefits

Team Leads Pay Range: $31-$35 per hour plus bonus, commissions and tips.

FLOAT Position: Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour plus bonus, commissions and tips.
