The Problem.
Losing weight was never supposed to be a gamble.
You've seen the ads. Fill out a form, answer a few questions, get medication in the mail. No exam. No labs. No one checking on you after.
It's fast. It's cheap. And for a lot of people, it works out fine. But you're not looking for the fastest way to get a prescription. You're looking for the right way to lose weight, the kind where someone qualified is actually paying attention to what's happening to your body.
That's a different service. That's what we do.
Our Solution.
Anyone can hand you a GLP-1. Here's what you get here that you don't get from a website:
- A real evaluation first. Labs, health history, and an in-person conversation with a nurse practitioner before anything is prescribed. If a GLP-1 isn't right for you, we'll tell you that.
- Medication we can account for. We know where it comes from and we can tell you.
- Dosing that's managed, not guessed. Your dose is set and adjusted by your provider based on how you're actually responding.
- Someone answers. A dedicated nurse and 24/7 support line, so when something feels off at 9 pm on a Sunday, you're not filling out a web form and waiting.
- Care for the whole picture. Nutrition and counseling support, IV hydration and nutrient therapy when you need it, and monitoring so you're losing fat and not just weight.
Four steps, no mystery: it starts with a consultation ($150) — full health history, your goals, and an honest conversation about whether this is the right path for you. From there, labs and evaluation tell us what a questionnaire can't. If medication is appropriate, your provider sets your starting dose and schedule; if something else is going on, we'll address that instead. Then ongoing management: regular check-ins, dose adjustments, and a nurse you can reach between visits.

Weight Loss FAQs
Is it safe to get semaglutide online?
It depends entirely on what's included. The medication itself is well studied. What varies enormously is everything around it. Whether anyone evaluated you first, whether the source of the medication is verifiable, whether your dose is being managed by a provider, and whether there's someone qualified to call when you have a reaction. Those pieces are what make a treatment safe, and they're the pieces most commonly missing when the entire process happens through a web form. Ask any provider you're considering where their medication is compounded and who is managing your dose. If you can't get a straight answer, keep looking.
What's the difference between this and a $99/month online program?
Price reflects what's included. A low monthly fee generally covers the medication and very little else. Our program includes lab work, an in-person evaluation with a nurse practitioner, provider-managed dosing, ongoing monitoring, nutrition and counseling support, and direct access to your care team. You're paying for medical oversight, not just a prescription.
Which medications do you use?
We work with FDA-approved GLP-1 receptor agonists including semaglutide and tirzepatide, and depending on your evaluation, other options such as appetite suppressants may be appropriate. Your provider will recommend what fits your health profile. Not everyone gets the same thing.
How much weight will I lose?
Most patients lose at a steady, sustainable rate. We'd rather you lose weight at a pace your body tolerates than crash and lose muscle, energy, and the results along with it. Your provider will set realistic expectations at your consultation based on your starting point and health history.
Can I keep my muscle while losing weight?
This is one of the main reasons to do this with supervision. Rapid, unmanaged weight loss commonly costs you lean muscle along with fat. We monitor body composition, not just the number on the scale, and adjust nutrition and dosing to protect what you don't want to lose.
What if I've already been on a GLP-1 from somewhere else?
We see this often, and we can take over your care. Bring whatever information you have about your current medication and dose to your consultation. We'll evaluate where you are and build a plan from there.
What does it cost?
The consultation is $150 and includes your full evaluation. Program pricing depends on your treatment plan, and we'll walk through exact numbers with you before you commit to anything. Financing options are available.
Do this the right way.
Book a consultation with our nurse practitioner. You'll get a real evaluation, honest answers about whether this is right for you, and a plan built for your body specifically.
