Your Labs Came Back Normal. You Still Don't Feel Normal.
The exhaustion, the brain fog, the mood swings, the weight that won't move. For a lot of women in Tampa, these aren't just age. They're hormones. And they're treatable.
Private. Confidential. No Pressure
You know something's off.
You just can't
name it.
You're still showing up. Still handling everything. Still taking care of everyone else.
But somewhere along the way:
- You started waking up tired no matter how long you slept
- Your focus slips through afternoon meetings
- The hot flashes started, or the night sweats
- Your patience runs out faster than it used to
- You're doing everything right and the scale won't move
- Your interest in sex quietly disappeared
- You feel flat, or unpredictable, and neither feels like you
It came on slowly. So you filed it under stress. Or aging. Or just being busy.
Here's what most women are never told: hormone decline produces exactly these symptoms, it's extremely common, and standard bloodwork often doesn't catch it.
Our solution.
Standard panels check a narrow set of markers against a wide reference range. You can land inside that range and still be well below where your body actually functions well. We test more comprehensively, and we read the results against your symptoms, not just against a range.
Comprehensive hormone testing looks at estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid function, and related markers together, evaluated alongside your symptoms, your health history, and how you actually feel day to day. Because the goal isn't a better lab report. It's getting you back.
You'll start with a real consultation with Casey Viera, our nurse practitioner ($150), followed by a full hormone panel and a clear explanation of what it means for you. If treatment makes sense, we build a plan around you — BioTE® pellet therapy, creams, patches, or another approach — and keep adjusting until you feel right.

Hormone Therapy FAQs
Why am I so tired all the time as a woman?
Persistent fatigue that sleep doesn't fix is one of the most common signs of hormone decline in women, particularly involving estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, or thyroid function. It's frequently mistaken for stress or aging because it comes on gradually. Comprehensive hormone testing is the way to find out whether that's what's happening for you, and if it is, it's treatable.
My doctor said my hormones are normal. Could they still be the problem?
Yes, and this is one of the most common situations we see. Standard reference ranges are broad, and being technically inside a range isn't the same as being at a level where you feel well. We test more comprehensively and interpret those results in the context of your symptoms rather than in isolation.
What are the first signs of perimenopause?
Perimenopause often starts in the early-to-mid 40s and can begin sooner. Common early signs include irregular cycles, disrupted sleep, hot flashes or night sweats, mood changes, brain fog, and shifts in weight and body composition. Symptoms can start well before periods stop entirely, which is why many women don't connect them to hormones.
- Heavy, irregular, or uncomfortable periods*
- Decreased bone density*
- Hot flashes and night sweats*
- Vaginal dryness*
- Breast tenderness*
- Indigestion*
- Constipation or diarrhea*
What is BioTE® pellet therapy?
BioTE® pellets are small, plant-derived bioidentical hormone pellets placed under the skin during a brief in-office visit. They release hormones steadily over roughly three to four months, which avoids the daily peaks and dips that come with pills and creams. There's no daily routine to remember. Most women begin noticing changes within four to six weeks, though this varies.
Do I have to get pellets?
No. Pellets work very well for many women, but they aren't the only option and they aren't right for everyone. Depending on your results and your preferences, your plan may involve creams, patches, or another approach. We'll walk through the options together.
Are bioidentical hormones safe?
Bioidentical hormones are structurally identical to the hormones your body produces. As with any medical treatment, there are benefits and risks that depend on your individual health history, which is exactly what your consultation and lab work are for. Casey will go through the considerations specific to you and answer whatever you want to ask.
How long until I feel different?
Most women start noticing changes within four to six weeks, with fuller effects developing over the following months. Some need an adjustment after the first round to find the right level. That's normal, and it's why we monitor and retest.
What does it cost?
The consultation is $150 and includes a full review of your symptoms, history, and lab results. Treatment costs depend on your plan and we'll go through exact pricing before you decide on anything.
You don't have to accept this as your new normal.
Fatigue, brain fog, and mood changes aren't just what happens when you get older. They're often symptoms with a cause, and a treatment.
Book a consultation and find out what's actually going on.
